Daily Ops

The everyday stuff. Done right.

Workstations, mobile devices, email—the work that keeps your team productive every day. When something breaks, you shouldn’t have to submit a ticket into the void. You call. We pick up.

Scope

What we handle on the day-to-day.

User support without the black hole

“How do I do this?” or “This isn’t working.” These are the calls that come in when an employee can’t get their job done. We answer, we troubleshoot, and we follow through. No ticket numbers that no one ever sees again.

Desktop and mobile device management

Setting up new machines, managing OS updates, and planning hardware lifecycles. Bringing on a new hire shouldn’t be a three-day IT project, and old machines shouldn’t sit unmanaged in a closet running outdated patches. We also configure mobile phones and tablets for your business email and apps, including lost-device wipes when you need them.

Keeping the quiet things quiet

This is the unglamorous, important work that prevents security incidents. We handle the email spam protection, test the backups, schedule the software patches, and configure the secure remote access for your team. We monitor your machines to catch things that go wrong before you ever notice them. It’s quiet most days. That’s exactly the point.

A real example

Quiet Mondays.

The clients whose IT works best are the ones whose owners forget we exist on most days. They walk in on Monday morning, the email works, the printer works, the network is up, and they get to spend their morning on whatever they were planning to do—not wondering if the technology is going to cooperate.

When something does go wrong, your call gets picked up, the issue gets fixed, and you get a short summary in writing. That’s the rhythm we’re trying to create.
